SnapPointRange.ChangeDirection method
Changes the default connection direction on all snap point in the list
Syntax:
Sub ChangeDirection(Optional ByVal Direction As Double = -9999, Optional ByVal UsesDirection As cdrTriState = cdrUndefined)
Parameters:

Specifies the direction.
UsesDirection
Specifies, through a value of cdrTriState, how to use the specified direction.
Remarks:
The ChangeDirection method changes the default direction of connection for all snap points in a list.
