ArrowHeadOptions.OffsetX property
Specifies the relative horizontal offset of the arrowhead from its origin point (in percents of its length)

Remarks:
The OffSetX property specifies the relative horizontal offset of an arrowhead (or ArrowHead object) from its origin point, measured as a percentage of the length of the arrowhead.
