EffectBlend.SpacingAcceleration property
Gets or sets whether or not the spacing accelerates along the path
Syntax:
Property Get SpacingAcceleration() As Long
Property Let SpacingAcceleration(ByVal Value As Long)
Remarks:
The SpacingAcceleration property returns or specifies the rate of spacing acceleration along a path for a blend.
Examples:
The following VBA example creates a non-uniform blend between a rectangle and a circle.

Set s1 = ActiveLayer.CreateEllipse2(2, 2, 1)
