The C-Tick mark was established by the Spectrum Management Agency (now the Australian Communications and Media Authority)the statutory of Australia for the management of radiofrequency spectrum to indicate that shave complied with the Radiocommunications Act 1992.
In order to be licensed under the C-Tick certification, an applicant must establish sound technical grounds for product compliance; make and hold a Declaration of Conformity; prepare and keep a Compliance Folder; and label the product with the "C-tick" mark.
