Click the Pointer Tool.
Click and drag a bounding
box around the objects you want to align.

then click to select the objects you want to align.

On the Align tab, click your preferred alignment option(s):
Choose from Top, Bottom, Left, Right, Centre Horizontally, or Centre Vertically.
To space objects evenly, choose Space Evenly Across or Space Evenly Down.
To space objects by a set measurement, select the Spaced check box and enter a value in the adjacent box.
By default, objects are aligned/spaced relative to the selection. To align/space relative to the page edge or margins, select from the Relative to: drop-down list.
