"Over the past several years, we’ve seen an influx of e‑publishing technologies, evolving the way people receive, interact with and consume digital publications. This has sparked a flurry of inspiration, with many of our design customers asking to export richly interactive eBooks rather than publish dynamic apps.
The Digital Publishing Suite, Single Edition service will be available for use until 1 May 2015. Customers can redeem previously purchased serial numbers, and create or edit apps in the meantime – but beyond that date, the service will no longer be available. Please also note that on 4 December 2014, Single Edition will be removed as a purchasable product from the Adobe.com store. Instead, we have introduced an e‑publishing solution for designers: the new fixed‑layout EPUB function in the 2014 release of Adobe InDesign CC. This feature exports your fixed‑layout InDesign file into EPUB3 standard format, increasing your opportunities to publish content across a wider range of tablets.
Here’s what the shift means for you:
As a Creative Cloud member, you already have access to fixed-layout EPUB in InDesign. Create a document that’s heavy with graphics in a beautiful layout – and stay true to its original design while preserving live text, complex layouts, rich media and interactivity in eBook format. This
tutorial will show you where to find fixed layout EPUB and walk you through some quick example files.
If you need to publish large-scale apps or magazines – for customers requiring a fully customisable solution for creating apps – or large, subscription‑based publications – a more comprehensive version of Digital Publishing Suite will continue to be available.
Should you have additional questions, we invite you to

Thank you,
The Creative Cloud Team"
