Я слышал, что как то можно саздавать сваю панель...(выставить там самые нужные функции и тд)
Как создавать сваю панель с кнопками?

Options\customization\command bars\new
Далее commands и "тащите" кнопки на новую панель.

Вообще все это прописано в справке...

To Do the following
Add a custom toolbar (Windows) Click Tools Customization, click Command bars, click New, and type a name.
Add a custom toolbar (Mac OS) Click Edit Customization, click Command bars, click New, and type a name.
Delete a custom toolbar (Windows) Click Tools Customization, click Command bars, click a toolbar, and click Delete.
Delete a custom toolbar (Mac OS) Click Edit Customization, click Command bars, click a toolbar, and click Delete.
Rename a custom toolbar (Windows) Click Tools Customization, click Command bars, click a toolbar name twice, and type a new name.
Rename a custom toolbar (Mac OS) Click Edit Customization, click Command bars, click a toolbar name, and type a new name.

To add or remove an item on a toolbar

1 Do one of the following:

· (Windows) Click Tools Customization.
· (Mac OS) Click Edit Customization.

2 In the Customization list of categories, click Commands.
3 Choose a command category from the top list box.
4 Drag a toolbar item from the list to a toolbar in the application window.

If you want to remove an item from a toolbar, drag the toolbar item off the toolbar.

И ещё вопросик: Я создал панель, может она сохраняется в файлах каких небудь? Что бы потом неделать если что, её снова... Спасибо

Элементарно.
Можно полностью сохранитьб workspace (с расположением панелей, иконок, комманд + "шоткатами")
Правая кнопка на любой панели \customize\workspace\export workspace и далее по предлагаемой схеме...

To export a workspace
1 Do one of the following:

· (Windows) Click Tools Customization.
· (Mac OS) Click Edit Customization.

2 In the list of categories, click Workspace.
3 Click Export.
4 Enable the check boxes beside the workspace items you want to export.
5 Click Save.
6 Choose the folder where you want to save the file.
7 Type a filename in the File name box (Windows) or Save as box (Mac OS).
8 Click Save.
9 Click Close.

Note

· The workspace items available for export are Docker windows (Windows), palettes (Mac OS), toolbars (including the property bar and toolbox), menus, status bar, and shortcut keys.

Tip

· (Windows) You can email a workspace as an attachment by clicking Email in the Export workspace dialog box.

Кстати, чтобы удалить кнопку из тулбара достаточно прижать Alt и драгнуть баттон прочь.
