How can I change the format of batch mathtype equations from a directory?

How can I change the format of batch mathtype equations from a directory?

Would you please explain what do you mean by that? What is your present equations' format and what are you're expecting it to be? What are you going to do with these equations and so on. Certainly InDesign can't change any equations' format at all, so there is a little bit misunderstanding down here.

mejor te lo digo en español que es mi idioma. Me refiero en cambiar el estilo a mis ecuaciones mathtype por intermedio de una preferencia, es decir abrir ecuación por ecuación y carga la preferencia que le indique

Непосредственного пакетного конвертера папки с формулами в самом Mathtype нету, но можно эти формулы поместить в Word и тогда можно сразу все формулы форматировать.
