Тогда предлагаю для начала избавиться от конопушек... Но лично у меня рука не поднялась делать ей кожу, как у girl.jpg 
Коррекция цвета проводилась, как я описала в первом ответе (от прохожего), впоследствии добавила совсем немножко Saturation красного; а коррекция конопушек проводилась манипуляциями Gaussion blur, Noise и Unsharp mask в режиме Soft light, а также использовала белую Airbrush в областях глаз и рта.
